Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Communications Strategy
The Digital Communications Manager will work with the Head of Communication to develop and implement strategies that strengthen MSF WaCA/Akwaba’s digital presence.

The manager will also coordinate with digital teams across Africa to ensure consistent communication and effective dissemination of humanitarian updates.
3. Technical Support to Operational Teams
The manager will provide digital communications support to operational and field teams, including guidance on social media content creation, digital campaigns, multimedia tools, and audience engagement.
The role also involves supporting the development of social media ambassador networks in MSF project locations.
4. Multimedia Production and Quality Control
The successful candidate will collaborate with creative and multimedia teams to produce and adapt digital content.

Job Requirements
Education
A university degree in communications, digital marketing, or a relevant field is required.
Professional Experience

- Experience managing digital platforms and multimedia content.
- Previous MSF experience, which is considered an asset.
