- Discover Graduate Programme – a 2-year permanent role with structured training, mentorship, and international exposure.

Tasks
Discover Graduate Programme (Start Date: 1 February 2026)
- Participate in a structured 24-month learning and development journey
- Receive mentorship and coaching from leaders across Vodacom
- Work in real-world roles across functions such as engineering, digital, business, and operations
- Access international assignments or rotations after successful completion
- Transition into a full-time destination role post-programme
Internship Programme (Start Dates: 1 February or 1 March 2026)
- Gain practical, hands-on experience aligned to your academic background
- Participate in structured training and skills development
- Collaborate with Vodacom teams on innovative projects
- Explore future opportunities in the Vodacom Discover Programme or full-time roles
Qualifications
Education and Certification (Both Programmes)
- Minimum: Completed B-degree (BCom, BSc, BTech) at NQF Level 7
- OR: 3-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology
- Final year students must complete their degrees by end of 2025
- Minimum academic average: 65%
Experience
- Internship: 0–1 year of post-study work experience
- Graduate Programme: Less than 2 years of post-study work experience
Age & Citizenship
- Must be 26 years old or younger
- Must be a South African Citizen by birth/naturalization or a permanent resident
- Citizens of Kenya, Egypt, Tanzania, DRC, Lesotho, Mozambique, or Ethiopia are also encouraged to apply for roles in their respective countries
