Your Role

The Associate Program Officer supports the Education Pathways team in developing systems to help students transition successfully from high school to college, career, and beyond. The role focuses on two key portfolios:

  1. Pathways National Portfolio: Advancing shared goals, knowledge, and strategies across the national pathways field.
  2. Pathways Public Goods Practice: Creating evidence-based tools, diagnostics, and learning networks for effective pathways-focused approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead collaboration and decision-making across program teams focused on math pathways reform
  • Manage key external meetings, partner relationships, and programming events
  • Analyze data from grants, contracts, and partners to support better decision-making
  • Draft essential documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide expert project management, ensuring effective communication and timely deliverables
  • Maintain crucial documentation and ensure compliance with governance processes
  • Support an inclusive culture and address challenges promptly

Who Qualifies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience

Experience

  • Familiarity with high school and postsecondary math pathways reform
  • Strong communication skills with experience analyzing data and research
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and solve complex problems
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
