As Deputy Director, you will lead the Global Education team’s strategy and investments, focusing on:

📌 Education Innovation & Research – Piloting and scaling education initiatives to improve foundational learning outcomes. 📌 Country Implementation – Overseeing projects in India, Kenya, Senegal, and South Africa to enhance primary education quality. 📌 Strategic Leadership – Managing program officers and fostering partnerships with governments, NGOs, and global stakeholders. 📌 Data-Driven Decision Making – Leading investments that leverage AI, EdTech, and digital public infrastructure for educational improvements. 📌 Policy Advocacy & Collaboration – Working alongside regional offices, education officials, and donor agencies to scale impactful programs.

Who Can Apply?

The ideal candidate will have: ✔️ A Master’s or PhD in Education, Education Policy, or a related field.
✔️ 10+ years of experience in global education research and large-scale program implementation.
✔️ Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa and India.
✔️ A strong track record in leading strategic initiatives, managing teams, and building partnerships.
✔️ The ability to travel up to 30% internationally.
