Key Responsibilities

This leadership role is split between strategic development and operational excellence:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Serve as the right hand to the CPO, shaping the People team’s long-term vision and impact.
  • Lead cross-functional, global initiatives like Partnerships for Impact (P4I).
  • Design strategy frameworks, set KPIs, and track performance for people-focused projects.
  • Represent the CPO in senior foundation-level working groups, external events, and executive boards.

Operational Excellence:

  • Lead annual business planning processes (budgeting, headcount, portfolio strategy).
  • Set the Rhythm of Business (RoB) to align strategic meetings and workflows.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, internal communications, and workforce planning.
  • Supervise a small but mighty team of professionals working on internal change and culture programs.
