About the Role

The Senior Associate – Global Payments is a key member of the Global Financial & Accounting Services (GFAS) team, responsible for leading global payment processes and financial operations. This role focuses on accounts payable, expense management, and compliance with global financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Contribute expertise to business projects involving global payments, system implementations, and process enhancements.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient execution of global payment processes, including invoice journals, payments, and expense management.
• Compliance & Controls: Maintain adherence to global regulatory standards, GAAP, IRS, and financial reporting requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify automation opportunities and workflow enhancements to optimize payment processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, regional offices, and affiliates to streamline and improve global payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in global payments, accounts payable, or financial operations.
• Expertise in financial management systems such as Coupa, Zendesk, and D365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on automation and AI-driven improvements.
