Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Master’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in business analysis, management, or operations
- Languages: Proficiency in Serbian and English
- Skills & Experience:
- Experience in business analysis, legal and business reviews
- Knowledge of financial management, grant management, and compliance with donor regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience, particularly in public and private sector partnerships
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee annual and multi-year ODA business plans
- Conduct economic analysis to assess performance of ODA programs
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and UNDP regulations
- Provide training and support to government staff on financial management
- Manage grant allocations and coordinate fund disbursement
- Support SDG integration and ensure alignment with government priorities

Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Master’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience in business development or sales management
- Languages: Proficiency in English (knowledge of other UN languages is a plus)
- Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in business development and sales strategy execution
- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of Smart Facilities, Green Energy, IT, and IoT is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of young professionals in business development initiatives
- Develop growth strategies and drive customer satisfaction
- Establish long-term partnerships with public and private stakeholders
- Research and identify new market opportunities
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing models, and sales strategies
