📝 Position Overview: Director of Policy & Programs
The Director of Policy and Programs will lead strategic policy advocacy initiatives, collaborating with global leaders and grassroots organizations to influence government and multilateral policies. This role is integral to advancing GIWPS’s mission by supervising policy teams, managing significant budgets, and spearheading strategic outreach.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead GIWPS’s strategic vision and Women, Peace, and Security agenda.
- Organize high-level global engagements and policy-shifting events.
- Supervise the Policy Team and oversee major project budgets.

- 10+ years of experience influencing global policy on human rights and security.
