UN Women is hiring a Monitoring, Reporting and Partnerships Specialist (International Consultant) for a remote, full-time consultancy. This role supports regional operations across the Arab States with a focus on results-based management, strategic planning, and donor engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality reviews of donor and annual reports for regional and country offices.
- Collaborate with thematic leads to implement the ROAS Strategic Note monitoring plan.
- Support resource mobilization efforts, donor intelligence, and partnerships development.
- Offer technical advice on results frameworks and gender-responsive reporting.
- Enhance internal staff capacity on monitoring, reporting, and partnership-building.
- Liaise with UN Women’s headquarters and stakeholders across the Arab States.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree in data analysis, development, social sciences, gender studies, or related fields.
- A Bachelor’s degree with 2 extra years of experience may be accepted in lieu.
Experience
- 5+ years of progressive international or national experience in monitoring, reporting, planning, or partnerships.
- Familiarity with gender and human rights issues, especially in the Arab States, is an asset.
- Prior UN system experience and strong results-based management skills are desirable.
Skills
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of UN rules and gender equity principles.
- Strong command of English is mandatory.
