Influencer Coordinator at OLIPOP – Remote | $6.2K–$7.1K/month + Bonus. OLIPOP is hiring a full-time Influencer Coordinator to drive creator partnerships and influencer marketing campaigns. This fully remote position offers a base salary between $75,000 and $85,000, plus bonus opportunities.

As part of its continued expansion, OLIPOP is seeking an Influencer Coordinator to help drive creator collaborations, grow influencer marketing efforts, and manage end-to-end outreach strategies. Reporting to the Director of Influencer Marketing, the Influencer Coordinator will work cross-functionally with Brand, Social, and PR teams to launch dynamic campaigns through trusted creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

This role is ideal for professionals with a background in influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building authentic brand relationships.

Tasks

Influencer Research & Vetting

  • Identify and evaluate creators aligned with OLIPOP’s mission, voice, and values.
  • Conduct ongoing research into rising talent across wellness, lifestyle, nutrition, and beverage verticals.
  • Track cultural trends and creator engagement to support proactive outreach.

Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Draft and send personalized outreach communications to prospective influencers.
  • Manage influencer correspondence, including responses, follow-ups, and handoffs to senior team members.
  • Coordinate with agency partners and maintain a professional brand tone in all interactions.

Campaign Support & Collaboration

  • Work with the Influencer Marketing Manager to align outreach with active campaign needs, product launches, and seasonal activations.
  • Assist in gathering influencer data and feedback during early-stage negotiations.
  • Monitor and document partnership outcomes, creator sentiment, and performance insights.
  • Contribute to cross-functional campaign collaboration with Social, Brand, and PR teams.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and influencer engagements.
  • Track KPIs such as response rates, conversion metrics, platform engagement, and content trends.
  • Support post-campaign analysis to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications

Education and Certification

While no specific degree or certification is required, candidates with a background in marketing, communications, public relations, or social media strategy will be highly regarded.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably with exposure to both in-house and agency environments.
  • Familiarity with FTC guidelines and best practices across major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and podcast channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple influencer communications and campaigns simultaneously.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for personalized, brand-aligned messaging.
  • Attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with frequent collaboration and team interaction.

Additional Information

Salary and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $75,000 to $85,000
