Role Overview:

Support the EU-funded project “Strengthening Social Partners and Civil Society Capacities on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work” in Turkey. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, overseeing research, and supporting grant schemes that enhance fundamental labour rights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement modular training programs for social partners and civil society organizations (CSOs).
  • Conduct research and needs assessments to enhance advocacy on labour rights.
  • Establish and manage an e-library for online learning.
  • Oversee grant support schemes and mentor grantees.
  • Coordinate training events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including social partners, civil society organizations, and government authorities.

Role Overview:

Role Overview:

Support the implementation of the project “Promoting Compliance with Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work through the Reforms Process in Ukraine”, funded by the Government of Canada. This project focuses on policy alignment, capacity building, and awareness-raising in Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial and administrative support for project implementation.
