Are you a strategic leader passionate about data-driven impact in humanitarian and development work? A leading global anti-hunger organization is looking for a Senior Director, MEAL to oversee technical leadership, innovation, learning, and cross-country systems to advance program quality and accountability. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the President of FEED International, and plays a vital part in shaping global MEAL strategies across several regions.
🔎 What they’re looking for:

At least 15 years’ experience in MEAL, preferably with INGOs
-
Expertise in DHIS2, PowerBI, and adaptive management
-
Strong strategic and team leadership skills

Experience managing large-scale programs across multiple countries
-
Background in real-time monitoring and technology integration
🎯 You’ll lead MEAL strategy, foster data innovation, mentor high-performing teams, and collaborate across departments to improve impact in children’s lives around the world.
