Tasks

Strategic Leadership

  • Guide the development of creative briefs for both social campaigns and always-on content.
  • Lead cross-market social media initiatives and ensure consistent alignment and buy-in from global teams.
  • Monitor and incorporate emerging cultural and platform trends into the brand’s social media approach.
  • Support proactive and reactive community engagement across paid and organic content.
  • Partner with global media teams to manage the paid media budget under the culture accelerator program.
  • Create and disseminate points of view on new platform features and updates to internal stakeholders.

Creative Execution

  • Work closely with the internal creative studio to design innovative content strategies and editorial calendars.
  • Ensure alignment across teams and timelines for the seamless rollout of campaigns.
  • Optimize storytelling across multiple formats including video, short-form, and interactive content.

Content Governance

  • Lead the content approval process from ideation through to publishing, ensuring legal and brand compliance.
  • Develop structured workflows that balance brand agility with risk management.

Leadership and Development

  • Mentor junior staff in social media best practices, campaign development, and performance evaluation.
  • Foster a team culture that values creativity, feedback, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Education and Certification
