Key Responsibilities
1. Grant Support and Analysis
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to improve UNOPS grant policies.
- Draft and revise grant support templates, tools, and guidance content.
- Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for grant support activities.
- Monitor compliance with grant support policy requirements.
2. Implementing Partner Capacity Building
- Develop capacity-building plans and co-deliver training activities.
- Conduct stakeholder capacity assessments and support implementing partners throughout the grant process.
3. Communication and Knowledge Management
- Document digital solutions and manage records for evaluations and audits.
- Share knowledge through internal communications and social media content.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree with two additional years of relevant experience may be considered.
Experience:
- At least 2 years in grant management, including report writing, stakeholder capacity assessment, and training development.
- Experience with UN systems, NGOs, or international donors preferred.
- Knowledge of UN Rules and Regulations is a plus.
Language:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic is highly desirable.
