Lion Landscapes is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Fundraising Lead to drive and expand its income generation strategy across institutional donors, philanthropic partners, and emerging fundraising channels. This strategic role plays a crucial part in sustaining the organization’s conservation programs by ensuring steady and diverse income streams.

The Senior Fundraising Lead will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and collaborate with executive leadership, communications, and finance teams to lead fundraising strategy, donor engagement, grant writing, and individual giving campaigns. Tasks

Strategic Fundraising Oversight

  • Oversee the Fundraising Assistant in managing timely acknowledgements, donor updates, and personalized communications.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage donor pipelines, track relationships, and develop engagement strategies.

Campaign Strategy and Individual Giving

The Senior Fundraising Lead will spearhead individual giving campaigns by:

  • Designing supporter journeys for both acquisition and retention.
  • Overseeing campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Collaborating with the Communications Lead to align content and messaging with donor engagement goals.

Line Management and Team Support

Reporting and Insights

The Senior Fundraising Lead will be responsible for:

  • Using data to adjust strategies, improve donor retention, and identify areas for improvement.

Other Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education and Certification
