The United Nations is offering six exciting research internship positions across various departments. Tasks

  • Conduct in-depth research and provide analytical reports on assigned topics.
  • Assist in drafting official documents, briefs, and presentations.
  • Collect, review, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Participate in virtual or on-site meetings, taking notes and summarizing key points.

Qualifications

Education and Certification

  • Enrolled in a postgraduate or final-year undergraduate program in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Environmental Studies, or other relevant fields.
  • Recent graduates who completed their degree within the last year are also eligible.

Experience

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with proven ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional UN languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, or Chinese) is an advantage.
  • Prior academic or professional research experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software is desirable but not mandatory.
