Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project operations and implementation.

Specific Duties

• Project Oversight: Monitor project implementation and produce reports.

• Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with UN Women and other stakeholders.

• Monitoring and Reporting: Lead the development of monitoring frameworks and conduct evaluations.

• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks effectively.

What You Need to Succeed

Education Requirements:

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Environmental Studies, Public Administration, or related fields.

• Accepted: Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years (with a Master’s) or 7 years (with a Bachelor’s) in project management, preferably in climate change adaptation.

• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams is essential.

Desired Skills:

• Strong proficiency in office software and project management systems.

• Previous experience with UNDP or donor organizations is an advantage.
