Position Overview
World Vision Chad is seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support to the National Director of WV Mali. This role ensures seamless office operations and effective communication with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage the National Director’s calendar, scheduling activities, events, and travel arrangements.
- Organize logistics, including travel and accommodations, in coordination with the administration department.
- Draft correspondence and compile necessary documents for meetings, appointments, and official events.
- Maintain an updated contact list for the National Director.
- Provide ad-hoc support as required to facilitate the smooth running of the office.
Information and Communication Management:
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports.
- Facilitate information flow within the National Director’s office and between different divisions.
- Review, prioritize, and route correspondence while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and organize paper and electronic files for easy retrieval.
- Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive documents and communications.
Support to WV Mali Advisory Board:
- Coordinate preparation and timely communication of meeting invitations and documents.
- Organize logistics for board meetings, including venue setup and virtual conferencing.
- Maintain updated records of board members and compliance documents.
- Document board meetings, follow up on action items, and support governance training initiatives.
Budget Preparation and Financial Monitoring:
- Prepare the annual budget for the National Director’s office.
- Review and verify expenses for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in budget revisions and procurement activities.
Support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT):
- Maintain records of SLT meetings and decisions.
- Track travel schedules of SLT members.
- Manage the SLT dashboard covering recruitment, events, and guest coordination.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with senior executives in administrative roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork-oriented, and ability to work in diverse settings.

Position Overview
World Vision UK is looking for a dynamic Internal Communications Manager to inform and engage staff, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing internal engagement, supporting leadership, and managing digital communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications & Engagement:
- Develop, curate, and deliver timely updates from across the organisation.
- Ensure clarity and consistency in internal messaging through multiple channels.
- Align internal communications with organisational strategies and leadership priorities.
Digital Communication Management:
- Oversee WVUK’s digital internal communication platforms, including Jammii, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and digital noticeboards.
- Ensure staff have access to accurate and up-to-date communications.
Strategy & Leadership Support:
- Collaborate with the communications working group (including the CEO’s office) to enhance internal engagement strategies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the internal communications roadmap.
- Equip leaders with expert communication guidance to ensure clear and transparent messaging.
Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of internal events, including all-staff meetings.
- Work closely with senior leadership to design content and gain buy-in for recommendations.
- Coordinate logistics for seamless event delivery.
Performance Analytics & Improvement:
- Use analytics, qualitative feedback, and insights to generate regular reports on the impact of internal communications.
- Continuously improve messaging and communication channels based on data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively.
- Experience in event coordination and supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Viva Engage, Jammii, and other digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to assess communication effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.
