About the Role
The Programme Coordinator will oversee the implementation of a major regional programme involving Amnesty International offices in Burkina Faso, Senegal, and Sierra Leone.
Working closely with partner organizations, donors, and Amnesty International entities, the successful candidate will ensure activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations. The role also focuses on strengthening collaboration, monitoring programme performance, coordinating reporting, and supporting communication among regional and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Coordinate programme implementation across multiple countries.
- Ensure timely submission and review of financial and narrative reports.
- Consolidate quarterly and annual reports for donor submission.
- Monitor programme progress, expenditure, objectives, and risks.
- Design and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks.
- Facilitate communication between Amnesty International entities and partners.
- Organize programme review meetings and support annual monitoring visits.
- Coordinate collaboration with donors and external stakeholders.
- Support knowledge sharing and content collection where required.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Proven experience coordinating multi-country, donor-funded programmes.
- Experience managing high-value international development projects.
- Strong knowledge of programme management and monitoring frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership management skills.
- Experience working with international NGOs or civil society organizations.
- Excellent project planning and organizational abilities.
