About the Role
MSF International is replacing its long-standing SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BFC) platform with a modern cloud-based Enterprise Performance Management solution. The successful Project Manager will lead the planning, selection, implementation, and global rollout of the new system while ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with international best practices. The new platform will strengthen financial consolidation, planning, analysis, and reporting across the MSF movement, providing more accurate, user-friendly, and data-driven financial information.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the overall implementation of the Enterprise Performance Management project.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across MSF’s international network.
- Manage project risks, governance, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Oversee data migration and system integration activities.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and IT requirements.
- Supervise project resources, including a Business Analyst.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate change management and user adoption activities.
- Deliver project updates to steering committees and senior leadership.
Who Should Apply?

Applicants should have:
- At least 10 years of experience working with business applications.
- A minimum of four years in project management roles.
- Experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting systems.
- Experience selecting and managing software vendors.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management, and organizational change.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Fluency in English.
Knowledge of French or Spanish is considered an advantage. Experience working with international NGOs or nonprofit organizations is highly desirable. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK or PRINCE2 is also beneficial.
